EMDR therapy may be able to help you alleviate psychological and physical pain due to your thoughts, feelings, body sensations and behaviors. EMDR therapy can often leave the client feeling better in a shorter amount of time than traditional talk therapy and can help those positive feelings connect to both your heart and your mind. This kind of therapy goes further than cognitively understanding the issue, it helps you actually feel better.
