Certified QTAP (Queer & Trans Affirming Professional)
I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ+ folx, and couples navigating identity exploration, relationship dynamics, and trauma healing. My approach integrates intersectional feminist principles which is just a fancy way of saying I believe therapy needs to acknowledge how culture, identity, politics, and systems affect your mental health.
I have experience with depth-oriented and trauma-informed approaches, drawing from humanistic, attachment, narrative, emotion-focused, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and parts work. I am committed to creating an affirming space where folx can explore their relationship with themselves and others while addressing the complex intersections of identity, trauma, and healing.

Life can be overwhelming sometimes, and it helps to have someone you can talk to, someone who really listens and cares about what you’re going through. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to share your story and supported as you work toward what’s most important to you. I’m a person-centered therapist, trained in EMDR therapy, and I work with individuals, couples, families, and children. I specialize in helping people who are navigating grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and those who would like to achieve personal growth. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you and work toward meaningful change.
I use an integrated, person-centered approach informed by systems theory, attachment work, trauma-focused care, motivational interviewing, and EMDR Therapy. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll design a schedule that works for you and your needs.
I know how hard it can feel to reach out for help—just making that first call can take so much courage. But you don’t have to walk through this season alone. My role is to come alongside you, to listen with compassion, and to help you discover hope and strength as you take steps toward healing and growth.

Hi there! I am an associate therapist who believes in the power of genuine connection and strives to create a laid-back, culturally sensitive space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My clients tend to be teens and adults who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, low self-worth, and relationship challenges. My approach to therapy may best be described as eclectic—I enjoy tailoring evidence-based therapies to fit each person’s unique needs and goals. I am also trained in EMDR Therapy and Brainspotting, therapies based in neurobiology which help to process emotions and experiences that can be difficult to access through traditional talk therapy.
I have special interests in working with intercultural couples as well as Asian American teens who are navigating the complexities of academic pressure, career development, and cultural identity. Whether you are managing the challenges of balancing different cultural expectations or figuring out your path forward, I am here to help you build stronger connections—with yourself and others—and create a way of being that feels authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.

I specialize in the "big questions" that affect our whole lives -- who am I? What can I hope for? What is a good life? How do I get there from here? Whether the issue is identity, grief & loss, substance misuse, depression, anxiety, aging, surviving trauma, midlife adjustments or having more fulfilling relationships, I work with clients emphasizing their choice and responsibility, reframing areas where they may feel stuck, ultimately accessing more freedom and empowerment. I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups. I'll also work with you to get insurance reimbursement.
I specialize in helping clients access their strengths, analyze their challenges, and apply empowerment techniques to live life more freely and fully, awake to the potential in each moment. Transformation occurs through seeing life as it is, speaking the truth with love, and cherishing the meaning we create by our choices.
As a former counselor educator and participant in multiple organizations guiding the MFT field, I bring a depth of experience and familiarity with current research to my work with clients. This "cutting edge" knowledge assures you of the best, most effective treatment during our work together.
